Level 2 Background Check

Level 2 generally refers to a state and national fingerprint database check ensuring individuals in trusted professions are who they claim to be. Level 2 pertains only to the state of Florida and is not used by the FBI or other states. Section 435 of the Florida Statute mandates that a Level 2 background check is conducted on applicants seeking employment and/or certain licensed professionals.

What You Need to Bring:

1. Government Issued ID (driver license, state issued identification card, passport, military ID card and work visa with photo)
2. Know Social Security Number
3. Organization's ORI or OCA Code Number

        ORI Code: Is the Originating Agency Identifier Number which tells the Florida Department of Law

        Enforcement (FDLE) the purpose of the background check.

        OCA: Is the Controlling Agency Identifier provided by DCF to identify the provider requesting the

        background check.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the scanned fingerprints are submitted (Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate).
